Broker's Comments
This Jeanneau 35 was sold by ourselves and purchased by the current owner, at which time nearly all of the Surveyors recommendations were attended to, as well as having many upgrades and additions. The owner now finds that due to work commitments he has no time to use her and she is back on the market in a far superior condition.
She will require some minor work, but is priced to reflect this, and has just had a new Main and Genoa.
