Broker's Comments
This is an excellent example of this popular shallow draft Deck Saloon from Jeanneau. The current owners have looked after this boat to a very high standard. LED lights are fitted in the Saloon, there is an extra water tank and a bow thruster to assist the handling in tight spaces. The current owners have recently replaced the heads and all sanitary pipe work, a bimini extension has been fitted with all UV Strips replaced in 2011. The windlass was replaced for a Remote Control Lofrans Clipper in 2009. I have sailed on this yacht extensively and would highly recommend viewing. The owners have recently fitted a full cockpit enclosure and a digital TV aerial.
They would also consider a part exchange for a smaller yacht.
