Broker's Comments
A popular 4-berth sailing cruiser providing surprisingly spacious accommodation within the 23 foot length. They sail well and have the benefit of an outboard well in the cockpit, and a lifting keel.
This one is well equipped, including cabin heating, new head linings with LED lighting fitted, new running rigging, and standing rigging less than ten years old.
She also has a professionally modified mast so that it can be lowered quickly for passing under bridges, making passage on the Broads and on Inland waterways fairly straight forward.
A RM twin axle road trailer is included in the price. Maintained and appears to be road worthy. 2 bearings replaced in November 2018.
