Broker's Comments
Following a circumnavigation by only her second owner, this very tidy Kirie Fifty 40 was completely refitted between 2010 and 2012 and has been virtually unused since. Very spacious for a 40 footer and with a huge user friendly cockpit, lovely warm wood finish interior with big ports and great ventilation.
Refit included full Awlgrip repaint, Bottom peeled and and epoxy finished, re wired, LED navigation lights, full engine rebuild, new shaft coupling and propeller, new standing rigging, plumbing, pumps, thru hull, radar, plotter, sounder, galley, upholstery and cabin sole. Main sail and Genoa are also from 2010. She comes complete with cutlery, crockery and tools. Copper coat anti fouling.
