Broker's Comments
The Leisure 27 is ideally suited to coastal cruising. The bilge keel design allows access to drying harbours and inland waterways, making coastal exploration a pleasure.
The boat has an excellent interior layout, with space and features more akin to larger yachts. Headroom is a comfortable 6'2 throughout the galley and saloon area.
The saloon seating and table convert to form a large double, there is a quarter berth, separate seating/single conversion as well as fore peak double. The boat has a good selection of storage throughout.
The engine was replaced in 2014 with new Beta Marina 12.5hp diesel. The sails appear in good condition with little recent use- all sails are currently dry stored ashore.
The boat would benifit from a little attention here and there but otherwise appears in a sound and well maintained state.
Please note, navigational aids and batteries have also been removed for winter storage.
