Broker's Comments
I had the advantage of watching this yacht being built, which is a very rare honour in this day of plastic boats. If one commissioned a yacht to be built to this standard today you would need in excess of £100,000. She took several years to build and is owned by the owners of the yard where she was built. She is also a delight to see on the water.
She is a rugged, go anywhere vessel. Internally she has a double berth forward and 2 settee berths. The galley and heads are to starboard with the chart table on the portside. She has a comfortable interior where you are surrounded by wood, ideal as a live aboard or for extended cruising. Built by craftsmen, this yacht is available to the discerning yachtsman.
She has just been taken out of the water for the winter layup and it has been found that the stem post requires replacing and other work is needed to the hull. A boat builder has estimated about £5000 worth of work is required to be done.
