Live aboard Luxemotor barge for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this Luxemotor for sale in the Midi. This Luxemotor was transformed to a comfortable live aboard boat, to accommodate a family in 3 very separate cabins, a fourth cabin is currently used as an office but could be put back to a cabin if necessary. 3 showers/ heads, and the luxury of a Sauna in a separate sauna room.
Comfortable, spacious yet cosy lounge with galley and breakfast bar, low windows to enjoy the outside view while cruising. Convivial wheelhouse with direct access to the 25 meter square aft terrace deck. The aft deck can also accommodate a small car (our current owners Suzuki 4x4 is available by separate negotiation). Same owner for the past 27 years. A well loved well maintained residential barge.
