Broker's Comments
Solid, strong and seaworthy, the MacWester 26 has a good following. Designed and built to a very strong spec, these boats are all but indestructible.
Popular with new and experienced mariners alike, these built to last coastal cruisers will keep you safe and sheltered with their high cockpits sides. Whilst the shoal draft will allow you to explore shallow waters, creeks, drying harbours & even sandy beaches, the combination of bilge keel and long skeg will give you the ability to take the ground comfortably.
With a good dose of love, attention and some new engine mounts, this vessel could soon be back on the river / estuary pottering about. She only costs £99 approx per 30 day month to keep on the current boatyard (and currently £91 inc VAT for lift in) where you could make her your own mobile weekend hideaway or cosy live-aboard.
There are berths for 4 adults and good headroom in the saloon for a vessel of this size. This example also has the advantage of a full cockpit enclosure and cockpit cushions, offering further protected space & accommodation when moored.
A sturdy coastal cruiser at a realistic price. All the onboard tools are included. The owner is looking for a quick sale so all reasonable offers will be considered.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
