Broker's Comments
This is your chance to acquire this fantastic and rare to the market Danish built LM Motor Sailor.
A fabulous looking and very practical boat ideally suited for Northern European waters as with the inclusion of her wheelhouse and being packed with navigation instruments plus the added benefit of heating, she allows for all year round sailing.
A stable, sturdy and hardy motor sailer by the Danish shipyard LM Boats from Gesten/Denmark. She has a very solid feel about her with her cleverly designed wheelhouse which accommodates not only a great steering position but also cleverly combines with a galley.
This boat benefits from the ability to helm her from the wheelhouse or using the tiller in the cockpit which is a very nice feature for all weather conditions. She also has an autohelm.
There is also a tank commanders hatch directly located above the helm allowing the skipper to raise their head above the hatch to give a clear 360 degree view around the vessel when berthing and close quarters work.
The Mascot 910 is a very stiff, seagoing motor sailer with a ballast of 2,000 kg (ballast ratio about 45%). This example has been well maintained and upgraded over the years along with a comprehensive array of navigation aids and electronics all replaced in 2015, which also includes the much acclaimed Lowrance 3G radar system.
She is a very clever design package in a very well thought out and spacious layout within just a 9.1m length.
This boat has been recently lifted out of the water antifouled and had new anodes fitted amongst many other upgrades for the 2022 season.
If you are looking for a Motor Sailer that can also sail well, that is robust, spacious and for a great price, then this is just the boat for you!
