Broker's Comments
Originally sold as the Contessa 27, a replacement model for the Contessa 28, the moulds and design of the Contessa 27 were purchased by MG Yachts and thereafter sold as the MGC27. A fast, modern-styled small cruiser, they have an excellent reputation for sailing performance and handling.
This one is in good condition, it has a fine wardrobe of excellent condition sails. Hank on foresail will make her ideal for a bit of competitive racing.
The engine has been serviced professionally on an annual basis, the saildrive diaphragm last changed in 2009.
Navigation instruments are a bit dated, but this MG27 is ready and waiting to be used and enjoyed.
