Broker's Comments
The Mirage 27 sails well and is easy to handle with a stacker pack mainsail and a furling head sail. She has the advantage of bilge keels allowing her to dry out on sandy beaches, drying harbours and moorings. In addition she can explore those shallow creeks.
The accommodation comprises of a double berth in the forward cabin with a heads to port. In the main saloon there are 3 separate single berths with the galley on the port side. The chart table neatly folds away and she comes with a comprehensive range of navigation equipment.
She has been well looked after and maintained with standing rigging replaced in 2018.
She is competitively priced to sell.
