Broker's Comments
This Mirage 2700 presents really well. Clean on the inside with wooden flooring and upholstery in great condition, a neat, well appointed galley, ample sleeping arrangements and a clean and functional head.
For a 27 foot boat the amount of space both below decks and externally is pleasing. The cabin feels beamy with plenty of head height, the forepeak berth is large enough to sensibly accommodate two adults and the cockpit has a good amount of both storage and seating space.
The bilge keel design allows the boat to dry, which of course opens up a variety of berthing options. It also makes the boat ideally suited for coastal and inland exploration.
A genuine, clean and well presented coastal cruiser, well suited for next seasons sailing adventures.
Her local swinging mooring can be transferred to a new owner.
