Broker's Comments
A strong and well built British Yacht that has a good reputation. Known to be capable, easy to sail and seaworthy, the Moody 29's are proven to be a good all rounder for either single handed sailing or full family cruising. They are remarkably spacious for their length with a good sized cockpit and well thought out accommodation layout down below.
The accommodation on this example is clean & tidy. The huge dual size saloon table folds neatly away against the forward bulkhead whilst the saloon berths pull out to give generously sized sleeping areas. The heads compartment has a door either side for privacy and storage throughout is good.
The bilge keel permits the use of shallow / drying moorings, the ability to berth on a sandy beach and also avoid the cost of a boatyard cradle during the winter months.
With a 1994 diesel Bukh engine, a dinghy & outboard, a decent nav fit and safety equipment including a Man Overboard Rescue Sling, this vessel is equipped to get you back out on the water.
