The Moody 29’s are popular, single-handed and family cruisers, spacious for their length, with a deep bodied, beamy hull and steady performance. With an open plan living area and large fold away table, which also makes a double berth; separate heads and forward cabin, there is plenty of space for a family or guests. A nicely thought out navigation station, is complemented by the spacious galley and finally the small double aft berth, giving the potential to sleep seven. The cockpit has plenty of room and a comforting ‘deep feel’. Side decks are wide and comfortable moving forward to the similarly spacious foredeck area.
This version looks to have been well maintained and largely ready to continue cruising with a new owner. The upholstery has remained wrapped and there is a new VHF radio to be fitted.
