Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 40ft narrowboat for sale with London residential mooring.

This is a 1989 Springer and is offered in reasonable condition with some works required to make it a comfortable liveaboard. The boat could be swapped for a different boat as well once you have secured the residential mooring license.

It has one cabin with double bed at the bow and a separate heads and shower rooms. The galley is fitted with an electric cooker and electric hot water system. There is a multi fuel stove for heating as well as electric radiators.

The residential mooring at Poplar is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £8,400 p.a.. Council Tax is included and the marina has free laundry, WiFi, communal area, bike shed and parking (£600 p.a.)
