Broker's Comments
This boat is a blank canvas which just needs fitting out.
A well constructed and quality hull, much is in place for completion.
There is a Heritage aga type stove with the boat (cost £5000) which is to supply cooking and heating.
The boat was designed as a restaurant galley, but could easily be fitted out as a comfortable liveaboard.
All you need is imagination!
