Built in 1989 but completely refitted in 2013, this boat would make an ideal West London base for someone who needs an affordable midweek base with excellent transport links to central London.
Everything you see on board is new from 2013, including the 40HP engine which has only run up 350 hours. A full rewiring and stylish interior refit means this boat is set up for someone to move to straight onto and not have to worry about the fundamentals.
Entering the boat from the bow, you're welcomed by a large living space and galley with stove and central heating. Leading through, the bathroom has a large shower cubicle with electric heads and holding tank. The cabin at the stern has plenty of storage space and there is more storage space available in the engine room.
The leisure mooring at Packet Boat Marina is available on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are roughly £4,000 p.a.
