A 71’6” converted large Woolwich Motor built by Harland and Wolfe in 1937.
The cabin conversion has retained the British Waterways aft cabin; the forwards cabin is profiled to match.
The hull is constructed in riveted steel and is mainly original.
Thee stern is traditional and there is a long tug-style front deck.
A 2007 survey recommended extensive over-plating. Some of this was done. A new owner would need to take a view on whether a new base plate was needed, as recommended.

Broker's Comments
This Big Woolwich motor is not only a piece of living history it is also a superb and very large, open-plan live-aboard boat.
Loads of open deck and interior space. Massive headroom and a solid feel.
OK, she is old, but they don't build them like this anymore. Like any historic boat she is not for the novice or the faint-hearted, but for the dedicated boater she is definitely an object of desire.
