Broker's Comments
This Nauticat 33 Motorsailer comes to the market looking very tidy. Her owners appear to have very much cared for her over the years and are now retiring from sailing. She provides an enormous amount of space both inside and out, her layout comprises of 2 double berth cabins one forward and one aft both with a heads and shower. She has a lovely big saloon area with a linear galley which will also allow for a double berth. The coachroof/wheelhouse provides shelter in any inclement weather and also an additional lounge. Her woodwork again both inside and out looks to be in great condition and she is a very easy and stable boat to walk around. She has a lovely aft cockpit seating area near the exterior helm and boasts a bow thruster. When we did the engine video it was nice to hear how quiet she is whilst running.
She would be a great boat for entertaining, or long passes or living aboard.
