Broker's Comments
Nauticats are a well known brand and have a great reputation for build quality.
This example is clearly in need of some TLC and remedial work and is therefore ideal for someone who is keen to bring the boat back to it's former glory.
The Aft cabin is large with plenty of storage in very characterful drawers and cupboards. A large dinette and galley is great space for entertaining and the seating and table in the wheelhouse is perfect for summer dining and watching the world float by. This boat would make an ideal vessel for longer stays aboard and distance cruising.
The price is reduced to reflect the present condition.
