This Nauticat 39 is in good condition for a yacht of her age and shows the benefit of a careful and caring owner. Servicing and maintenance has been attended to as and when required and she is offered for sale fully equipped to cruise right down to crockery, galley utensils and fitted sheets etc. Nauticat are renowned for their quality of construction and this example displays this to the full with beautifully executed woodwork in her spacious and light interior. A well appointed 'owners suite' aft and a spacious fore-cabin and guest cabin with second heads/shower compartment permit civilized cruising, or she might equally appeal as a live aboard home for one or two. She is now lying ashore in our yard and awaits a hull polish and re anti-fouling.
