Broker's Comments
The last of the Sparkman & Stevens designed Swans, the 57 has the classic S&S wide decks, modest sheerline, and raked bow and even 35 years after their introduction, a Swan 57 is still sure to be one of the prettiest yachts in the Marina.
This beautifully presented example has been well maintained and the owner has logs and receipts for all the work he has had done, she had a major refit in 2012 when amongst other things she was repainted, had new teak decks with pop up cleats, the aluminium toe rail was replaced with teak, a new anchor windlass fitted, a bowsprit added to fly the asymmetric and internally the master cabin was rebuilt with new head linings throughout. A modern classic with that famous Swan quality and beautiful S & S design, 49 Swan 57's were built between 1977 and 1984.
