Broker's Comments
Immensely sturdy, this centre-cockpit ketch looks purposeful and sea-kindly. Her long keel and flexible sail plan hint at her capabilities as a long-legged passage-maker. The fixed dog-house cockpit enclosure provides plenty of protection from hostile elements. A separate companionway leads aft from the cockpit into a separate after cabin with twin berths and a second heads. Standing rigging and forestay furling gear replaced 2017.
Engine serviced January 2017.

Cheaper boats with more on them, and how can it be a live aboard without hot water and a fridge ?
