Broker's Comments
This boat arrived on the Scottish shores via a passage across the North Sea. The present owner has rigged her for single-handed sailing and has spent many happy hours on board both cruising and racing. She has been well fitted with newer batteries and an engine replaced in 2004.
Whilst the owner recognises that he has spent a lot on the fabric of the boat (new rigging, engine, sails,) he comments that it would benefit from a visit from his wife.
