Broker's Comments
This is a nice example of the Lincolnshire-built pocket cruiser/racer.
She has ample accommodation for 6 on board, a useful galley, and a decent-sized chart table amidships of the forward cabin.
Powered by a Yanmar 2GM20, she's a more than capable coastal yacht, suited to both beginner and seasoned sailors.
She does need a little TLC due to the owner's ill-health.
NB - The tender and outboard are not available with the boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
