Broker's Comments
One of the most popular sailing boats on the Broads!
Built in Oulton Broad, Pegasus Yachts quickly became established as the top yacht builder on the Norfolk & Suffolk Broads. The 700 is well designed, whilst not huge on the inside she benefits from 5 comfortable berths, cooking facilities, a toilet and plenty of storage.
The inboard engine has been removed and the Saildrive compartment has been professionally sealed creating a very useful extra storage compartment!
To compensate for this, an outboard bracket has been fitted to the thwart to enable a 4hp Mercury 2 stroke engine to be mounted.
The vendor has now purchased an Electric motor which can be included in the sale which would take the selling price of the boat up to £4250.00!
The current Broads Toll is paid until 31/03/2026 and the boat has a current BSC which also runs until 11/08/2029.
She also has an A frame to facilitate stepping down the mast.
An ideal starter boat and they are raced a lot on the Broads with many successful wins!
She has now been anti-fouled and returned to it's river mooring!
The trailer is not included but can be negotiated for separately.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
