Broker's Comments
The 36 was the last Rival design from Peter Brett and 77 of them were built, all to Lloyds 100A1 standards. Strong, capable ocean cruisers they were built to last and finished with an unpretentious quality fit out rarely seen in production boats.
This is hull number 76, the second to last and has been cared for and maintained by her previous owner from new. The hull and deck appear to be in very good condition and the interior can only be described as superb. How she can still look so good at 19 years old is amazing!
She changed hands in March 2016 and was surveyed and the engine serviced then. Sadly the current owner has had to have a change of plan so she is available with a paid up marina berth in East Cowes until end March 2017 which may be transferable to other D&R locations (subject to availability)
