Broker's Comments
Bruce Roberts design sailing yacht built to a very high specification.
It was completed and launched in 2006.
The most noticeable advantage this boat has is the exceptionally high headroom which is 2 metres in the saloon and 1.65 metres in the fwd cabin. This is known as the "Pilothouse" version
The high upper coach roof gives this yacht a rather appealing look.
She has an "A" frame with electric winch for lowering the mast.
The Adventure 25 has renowned sailing qualities and this particular example has been afforded very good quality fittings throughout.
She has an inboard diesel engine and a Johnson 6hp auxiliary which again looks to be in excellent condition with very little use.
She has a good balance of cockpit/cabin and is suited to long stays aboard more so than most other Yachts it's size.
Previous owner took 17 yrs building this boat in his drive then fell ill & the boat then stood another 7 yrs without use. The boat overall has had very little use. Many of the fittings are like new because of this. The engine runs like new.Radio, cooker, fridge, sea toilet.
*Stereo now fitted*
