Broker's Comments
This carefully designed and built yacht has been partially fitted out. Together the owners have built this yacht, almost entirely on their own over the last 40 years , aiming for the highest of standards, investing thousands of pounds into what is designed to be a luxury, blue water cruising yacht.
The wheelhouse features a splendid helm and instrumentation area. Through the companionway, the spiral staircase leads below to a large saloon, with an attractive, white leather sofa.
Included with the sale are three containers containing the boat's fixtures and fittings, required for the final fit out, including standing and running rigging, propellers, intricate mouldings of various hardwood, plus uncut planks of teak and much more. With some investment of time and finance this is a great opportunity to bring this sophisticated ocean going yacht to the finish originally intended.
