Broker's Comments
The Invicta 26 was designed by E. G. Van de Stadt in 1964. The boat has a narrow hull and transom hung rudder and characteristic round hatches. These hardy little yachts are renowned for being beautifully balanced when under sail. The keel extends for at least half her length, and more than two-thirds her waterline length, which gives great directional stability.
This particular model benefits from an impressive and comprehensive list of recent upgrades.
Upgrades include: Topsides re-gel coated 2019/20. New Iroko washboards (2020). New Sanders sails (2019). New lazyjacks and sail-bag (2020). New standing rigging (2019) New running rigging (2017) All new deck gear (2018).
With such a keen maintenance record, comprehensive list of upgrades and eye catching classic lines this is a highly desirable yacht and all ready to go for the coming season. We strongly recommend viewing.
