Broker's Comments
There is tradition which goes back generations which shows in the quality and design of yachts built in Sweden. There were only 100 produced and this particular vessel is one of the later models.
The hull layup is generally stronger and stiffer than the average yacht, the joinery is of a higher standard with rounded corners and everything seems to be in the right place.
The Scanmar 345 is one of these yachts. She has a furling genoa and a stacker pack for ease of sail handling. This class of boat is capable of dealing with extreme weather conditions. There is a good sized cockpit with ample seating from all the crew.
The accommodation comprises of 2 stern cabins with a double to port and a large single cabin to starboard. The heads are also starboard side.
The chart table is opposite the galley with 2 settee berths around a large saloon table and in the forward cabin there are 2 berths which convert to a double.
This example requires a little cleaning and polishing but is a very desirable yacht. They are much sought after. Please don't hesitate to contact me to arrange a viewing or if you require any further information.
