Broker's Comments
What a lovely little Sea Otter!
What a credit to British Boatbuilding. This Sea Otter sailing boat is a classic design that turns heads and eyes. The "Wow" factor to the lover of wooden boats.
The list is too endless to write here but she is a very solid boat with a good freeboard for a choppy sea. There is 210 sq.ft. of sail. The builder has had a carving of an otter's head on the tiller. 16 mm Douglas Fir strip planks on the hull.
Keel and Skeg of Solid Iroko. There was a review in "The Boatman" August 1996 and also "New Boat Review" August 1998.
