Broker's Comments
The Sigma 33 OOD (Offshore One Design) is the higher performance version of the Sigma 33 cruiser-racer design.
This is one of the first of the offshore cruiser-racers and as such is still capable of showing her stern to some younger regatta competitors.She is well equipped for racing or a day sailing trip and it is a true yachting classic.
She was recently out of the water for new antifouling (August 2021) and a yearly check up. The rails on the deck have been re-varnished now, in July 2022. She has been sailed until now but is now in a safe, protected marina that gives a new owner a good starting point for a day trip or for offshore sailing towards the mainland or even the Caribbean. If deciding to stay, the island of Lanzarote gives all the luxury needed to have her as a holiday home.
As well as being a capable cruiser, with just a few finishing touches this boat can also be a great liveaboard or even a new holiday home.
