Broker's Comments
This is a nice bilge-keeler with plenty of cockpit space and accommodation for a 22' boat.
A fair bit of work has been done topsides, together with a new engine, controls and prop shaft in 2006. She also has a fantastic suite of sails, most of which appear little used.
Needs work to tidy her interior but would make a super first boat for the coast or lakes.
