Broker's Comments
This is the second of these boats to pass through my hands. Both have completed circumnavigations in their lifetimes. This says something about the Southerly build quality.
This is an older boat that is in good condition. I am attracted by her lifting keel which allows her to be beached for easy maintenance or to explore shallow estuaries. The other great feature for anyone who has kept watch during cold or wet nights is her interior steering position. You will be warm and dry during those eternal night watches!
She has been lifted in January 2016 for anti-fouling, anode change and a polish. All the hatched and windows have been removed, clean and re-seated and resealed.
This boat deserves a viewing. She has been priced for a quick sale.
