Broker's Comments
My first impressions of this boat were how tidy she looks from the outside - nice and clean, polished and in good looking order, with sound cockpit covers.
She has an open-plan layout, with plenty of room for cooking, entertaining and lounging and has a surprising amount of double berths, with two doubles squeezed in beneath the helm area - this makes her a very attractive proposition for venturing out with groups of friends or family in relative comfort.
The owner has continued to look after her, ensuring that she is a great place to spend prolonged periods - she does need some things attending to, to make her safe for sea, though if you intend using her as more of an "alongside accessory", she appears completely ready to go - a very comfortable and great place to be.
In all, great looking, great layout, well equipped and could be a fantastic addition, given a little extra attention to the engineering if you want to venture to sea.
