The sails have been valeted.
The genoa has a large tear in it but could be repaired or cut to a smaller size. It is in good condition otherwise.

Broker's Comments
This steel sloop appears to be in a solid condition. A recent survey in 2012 indicated that she was structurally sound.
Internally she is clean and tidy and is dry and comfortable, with all basic requirements.
The engine will certainly need to be looked at as it does not currently operate and maybe is a bit under powered for this weight of vessel.
With some attention to the sails and engine, this yacht could be an excellent blue water cruiser.
