Broker's Comments
A classic design from the seventies, the Trapper 500 is an easy, rewarding boat to handle offering a good amount of interior space below. This particular model has a lead keel which makes the boat stiffer in stronger winds. She has a furling head sail and a stacker pack system fitted for the main sail, handling could not be easier.
There is a forward cabin with 2 berths which can be converted to a double with the infill. To port there is the heads with a hanging locker opposite. In the main saloon there is ample room around the cabin table which can be converted to make another double berth, opposite there is a single settee berth. Starboard there is a galley with a chart table opposite.
The boat has had a number of upgrades including a new 14HP beta engine and painting of the hull and decks. Shes in a fair condition and realistically priced.
