Broker's Comments
This is a nice example of a Steel Van De Stadt Design Orca 37, built by two shipwights from Camper & Nicholson. Built in 1989 and commissioned in 1990. A great Blue Sea boat, ideal for long distance cruising and with a good size internal space. She has a good sailing inventory and has been owned by the present owner who is also the second owner since 2000. There is no proof of Vat paid for the boat.
