Broker's Comments
This Vancouver 27 is nice and tidy having undergone a lovingly cared for mini refit and lots of little owner additions which only come from experience, the only thing the owner has left for a new owner to do would be new upholstery if desired as this is considered personal choice.
New engine fitted 2016, Standing Rigging 2016, Cutter stay sail added 2016 and a newly fitted cockpit tent which fits nicely Oh! and sailbag with goose neck.
She was re-launched in August 2016, after seven years stored ashore (with the mast unstepped) followed by a three year refit. A full survey was carried out in 2016 prior to launch for insurance purposes and the survey report is available.
The Vancouver 27 is a proven long distance cruiser capable of ocean crossings yet suitable for coastal cruising and is easily handled short handed.
Owners Comment:
Refitting the boat has given me great satisfaction and I am enjoying sailing her single handed.
I was looking forward to putting many sea-miles on the log but personal circumstances have dictated otherwise.
It is time for someone else to enjoy sailing her!
