This Vancouver 27 comes to the market with a brand new mainsail, 2012 standing rigging and a recently fitted engine 2016. She is the 4 single berth layout known to be good for a family. Her overall condition is good however there will be some minor repairs to the deck you may want to do - the owner has not done these as you may as the new owner decide you no longer want the original teak and would like synthetic or deck paint, either way the couple of areas are not too bad (see photo's).
