Broker's Comments
The Victoire 933 is a typical Koopman designed dutch cruising boat, considered in Holland an all-time classic they are well thought of for their solid sturdy build and good sea keeping abilities. They built the first one in 1976 and are still in production, all be it modified as a Breehorn 31,
This particular example is well set up for singlehanded sailing and has been cruised and enjoyed offshore by her experienced and knowledgeable current owner. She has nice clear decks with lines leading over the coachroof into the deep safe-feeling cockpit. Within the last 10 years she has had a new engine, seacocks, standing rigging, sails and heads
Below she has a traditional cruising layout, double berth forward, heads and storage aft of this and then a surprisingly spacious saloon for a boat of her length. The chart table and galley are more than adequate and a decent sized quarter berth one side allows for a good deep cockpit locker on the other.
A versatile design, a singlehander or a cruising couple will find her easy to sail and a family will find her comfortable and spacious enough to enjoy spending time on. The Victoire is not a well known brand in the UK so please take time to study the photographs and compare her against more popular productions boats. I think you will be pleasantly surprised
