Broker's Comments
'The smaller the boat, the greater the fun' is a concept that I have proven to myself time and again. How many sailors have a yacht that is too big to just nip out for an hour or two after work; when a crew can't be found, or those dreams of blue water and palm fringed islands seem ever more distant as the reality of work and family commitments rears its ugly head? This little yacht is soundly built, well maintained and equipped for coastal work, but with her 44% ballast ratio and a sensible skipper she could easily cope with cross channel passages. A nearly new motor, new rigging, VHF and other bits n bobs have added considerably to her value and appeal. Just add a handheld GPS and a chart and off you go.
