Broker's Comments
The Fulmar is known for its ease of handling, good sailing characteristics and is considered by some to be the best of the Westerly designs.
This ex-East coast demonstrator, which comes with a good range of up to date instruments & inventory, is a great example of this iconic cruising yacht. During the last 9 years, she has been extensively upgraded by the current owner. The exterior is smart, clean and uncluttered, whilst down below she is spacious and comfortable with the upholstery (renewed 2014) offering plenty of seating and berths. Fitted with LED lighting and a 20" wall mounted TV/DVD, she has clearly been well looked after during her time as a family cruiser.
Above deck she has a spacious cockpit. Below deck there is a huge saloon table and good sized, well equipped galley. With her no nonsense handling and solid structure, she could be used as a training boat or as a safe, sturdy, family cruiser with good all round performance.
