Broker's Comments
The Westerly Griffon is a sturdy, safe yacht with good accommodation. This one is a nice example and had a new engine installed in 2008; a calorifier was also fitted to supply hot water. Other upgrades include new windows, a new Lewmar hatch and Self-Tailing Lewmar sheet winches. Instrumentation includes a chart plotter. A recent Honwave inflatable dinghy and Honda outboard are also included.
The headlinings have been renewed in a number of areas and overall condition looks good. Please don't be put of by it's current "winterised state" as shown in some of the photographs; that just demonstrates the owners are talking care of it out of season.
