Broker's Comments
Wish I had been this well preserved when I got to 40 but I probably hadn't been quite so well looked after as this boat which has been in the same ownership for 25 years.
Well loved and improved over that time, she has had a new engine, electric windlass, in mast reefing, new standing rigging, headlining and has been epoxied and re gel coated on the top sides.
So this represents extremely good value for money and I can't think of many 31' boats with better history and equipment at this price.
Only being sold due to the owners' health issues I can thoroughly recommend this boat.
