Broker's Comments
The condition of this yacht belies its age. The current fastidious owner has had it lifted every year since 2011 and maintained meticulous service records.
It is comprehensively equipped for comfortable cruising for extended periods and has sailed up and down and across the Channel and round to London for extended periods.
Unusually for a boat this age it has a showering facility in the wetroom heads. Solo sailing could benefit from the installation of an autopilot.
The current owner has eliminated gas, by installing an Origo denatured alcohol stove.
The last survey with remedial actions subsequently undertaken is available for inspection at a viewing.
