Comentario del broker
This boat has been owned from new and is a Cutwater Hull, fitted out by Forton Boat Fitters, Botony Bay. She is an unusual layout but the present owners are musicians and wanted some space to go and practice rather than the more conventional open plan design.
As you enter through the companionway at the rear of the boat you come into the large galley with a large corner seating unit, microwave, hob, double oven, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer which are not 12v. There is lots of storage space and a radiator is tucked away behind the corner seating unit.
Next is the good size double bedroom with a fixed double bed and 2 x double wardrobes. The bathroom is next with a new electric pump out toilet, bath, shower, vanity unit with porcelain basin, heated towel rail and plenty of storage behind the door.
Finally you arrive in the decent sized saloon. The thought process here was personal space and it has everything you need. A decent double settee, TV, wood burning stove, 2 x radiators, lounge chair and access out into the cratch area with the usual storage and access to the bow thruster and batteries.
This is a good solid boat that needs a bit of tidying here and there but has everything you need and the solar panels help when out on long cruises.
Please note I have messed up the engine video and will re-record it later this week but it runs like a dream and has just been serviced.
