Built in 2004 originally and offered in good condition and ready to move straight into, this boat has an enormous open plan living area and galley with stylish plantation shutters throughout.
Perfect for an individual or couple as a pied-a-terre, the boat feels very spacious and a simple redecoration internally to paint it white would increase that feeling. Offered fully furnished including TV and stereo. The cabin has plenty of storage and the heads has a shower and electric heads. The boat also benefits from cockpit and cratch covers which give you extra storage space for bikes/coats etc.
The boat is due for blacking and the owners have gathered quotes for this work but it will be for the next owners to carry out.
The leisure mooring at Chelsea Harbour can be transferred to the new owner on approval from marina management. Current mooring fees are circa £13,500 per annum.
