Broker's Comments

The popular Albin Cumulus Swedish designed Folk Boat by Peter Norlin marine architect started in 1978 -1985 a total of 586 hulls where built. Founded in Sweden as a manufacturer of marine engines, the company built it's first boat in 1929. It's first production fiberglass sailboat was built in 1966. Some of the later sailing models were actually built in Taiwan. The Albin Marine name was later purchased by a US firm. In 2008 the company was based in Connecticut, USA and a builder of powerboats.
The Cumulus 28 would be an ideal weekend cruiser for a couple or small family or if you are competitive would be well suited as a one design club racer.
